特點(diǎn)Features：

1、電氣控制: 主電箱采用10寸彩色觸摸屏，混合頭加裝7寸彩色觸摸屏，西門(mén)子PLC模塊控制溫度、壓力及澆注流量，存儲(chǔ)50個(gè)配方，自動(dòng)化程度非常高。

2、雙恒溫控制:采用雙冷熱一體機(jī)，配合冷熱交換器，互動(dòng)循環(huán)，確保原料溫度恒定，誤差＜±2℃ ，提高制品發(fā)泡質(zhì)量。

3、計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確：采用高精度的聚氨酯專用泵，保證計(jì)量精度≤1%，計(jì)量泵連接磁性聯(lián)軸器，永不泄露。

4、混合裝置：采用L型高壓自清潔混合頭，噴嘴孔徑可調(diào)，高壓形成霧狀，混合均勻。

3. Accurate measurement: The high-precision polyurethane special pump is used to ensure that the measurement accuracy is ≤1%. The metering pump is connected to the magnetic coupling and never leaks.

4. Mixing device: L-type high-pressure self-cleaning mixing head is adopted, the nozzle diameter is adjustable, the high-pressure forms a mist, and the mixing is uniform.
